Conduct of the Annual Faculty Conference and University Convocation

MEMORANDUM No. 10-470, s. 2026

In view of the implementation of the Work-From-Home (WFH) and Flexiplace Work
Arrangement on 03-05 November 2026, the following arrangements shall be
observed in relation to the University’s scheduled activities:

1. Annual Faculty Conference.
   The Annual Faculty Conference, originally scheduled on November 4, 2026, shall be
   conducted online via Zoom. Attendance of all faculty members to this virtual gathering
   is required. All faculty members are enjoined to participate promptly and actively in the
   conference. The Zoom meeting details and other pertinent instructions shall be
   disseminated through the appropriate University communication channels.
   
2. University Convocation.
   A University Convocation shall be conducted on November 9, 2026, during the
   regular Flag Raising Ceremony. The activity shall formally recognize and award the
   University’s faculty scholars who completed their degrees and the special awardees
   and shall include the Oath-Taking Ceremony of the newly elected officers of the
   Central Mindanao University Faculty Association, Inc. (CMUFAI).
   All concerned officials, faculty members, employees, awardees, and CMUFAI officers
   are hereby informed and enjoined to observe the foregoing arrangements.
