With the forthcoming schedule of the Final Examination for the 2nd Semester, SY 2023- 2024, please be guided with the timeline for the processing of Test Permits detailed below.

Start of Test Permit Clearing Process at the College level
May 2, 2024
Start of Posting and Test Permit Application through the Office of Student Affairs Google Form
May 6, 2024
Start of Test Permit Clearing Process at the Office of Student Affairs
May 17, 2024
Last day of the Test Permit Clearing Process
In order to simplify the clearing process for test permits of students, the College Deans and College Registrars are requested to establish their respective steps and timelines for the clearing period, which will be disseminated to students. This is to prevent delay and facilitate the process.
Students who fail to secure a Test Permit will be blocked from the enrolment system for the next school year 2024-2025.
