The College of Business Management is one of the academic units of Central Mindanao
 university, established in 2005 to provide quality
education in the field of Accountancy. Since its inception, the college has been committed to
developing competent, innovative, and socially responsible professionals.
The college offers a range of programs, including  Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Management Accounting,
Office Administration and Business Administration are designed to equip students with both theoretical knowledge and
practical skills relevant to industry and community needs. Through its dedicated
faculty, modern facilities, and a student-centered approach, the college fosters
academic excellence and lifelong learning.
As an integral part of the university, the College of Business Management plays a vital role in
advancing research, extension services, and community engagement,
contributing to the overall mission and vision of Central Mindanao University.

It aims to develop competent, ethical, and globally competitive graduates in the field of  Accountancy.
 

Goal

The College aims to:
  • Excellent and relevant instruction in the undergraduate degree programs.
  • Development of highly trained human resources for accountants.
Objectives
Specifically, the college seeks to:
  • To offer excellent and relevant baccalaureate degree programs in Accounting, Office Administration, etc.
  • To produce quality instructional materials relevant to its various degree programs;
  • To inculcate moral values for total human development;
  • To produce quality research relevant to institutional, regional, and national development goals;
  • To produce quality graduates for agricultural entrepreneurship.

Admission and retention policy

The College of Business and Management upholds academic standards to ensure that students maintain
satisfactory performance throughout their studies in alignment with the policies of Central Mindanao University.
Students are required to meet the prescribed academic requirements to remain in their respective programs.
These include maintaining the minimum [GradeRequirement/GPA], complying with course requirements, and adhering to institutional rules and regulations.
