Goals and objectives
It aims to develop competent, ethical, and globally competitive graduates in the field of Engineering.
GOAL
The College aims to:
- Higher standard of excellence in instruction, research, and extension for undergraduate courses.
- Excellent and relevant instruction in the undergraduate degree programs.
- Promotion of appropriate technology for improved quality of life.
- Development of highly trained human resources foresters.
Objectives
Specifically, the college seeks to:
- As a center of excellence in social forestry, plantations/forest management, biodiversity, environmental management, and wood utilization technology in Mindanao
- Full development of the qualification standards and expertise of faculty and staff of the College; and
- Full development of instructional, research, extension, and support facilities of the College.

Admission and Retention
Admission Requirements
a. General Admission: Should satisfy the admission requirements of Central Mindanao University.
b. For Entering Freshmen
1. Graduate of Senior High School (preferably STEM)
2. Should pass the Central Mindanao University – College Admission Test (CMUCAT)
c. For Shiftees
1. Duly approved shifting form
2. Should have a GWA of at least 2.75
d. For Transferees/Second Coursers
1. Should pass the Central Mindanao University – College Admission Test (CMUCAT)
2. Should submit the following documents:
2.1. Transcript of Records (TOR)
2.2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
2.3 Honorable Dismissal
2.4 Police Clearance
3. Should have a GWA of at least 2.75 (or its equivalent) from PASUC/ACAP-member institutions or a GWA or better from other institutions (Reference: Univ. Code; Book 3; Chapter 12; Article 15, Section 1-d) Semester/academic year of effectivity</p
Retention requirements
To continue in the program upon entering the third year, students must have a cumulative GWA of at least 2.75. Thereafter, students will no longer be required to maintain a specific GWA to remain in the program.
