𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟭 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰
In accordance with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 67, which declares November 1 and 2 as special non-working holidays and suspends work on October 31, 2024, from 12:00 noon for government offices and classes at all levels in observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, and as endorsed by the Office of Human Resource Management pursuant to MC No. 6, s. 2022 of the Civil Service Commission, the University shall adopt a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement from October 31, 2024 (Thursday) to November 5, 2024 (Tuesday).
Therefore, all teaching and non-teaching personnel of CMU, in accordance with Memorandum No. 10-581, s. 2024, may adopt the work-from-home arrangement under the following conditions:
a. Provision of a skeletal workforce, especially in offices engaged in frontline services, to ensure the continuous delivery of services to stakeholders;
b. Units/offices with pre-approved activities shall implement ways to achieve their targeted goals;
c. An accomplishment report must be attached to the DTR using the CMU-F-4-HRM-026 form.
As such, there will be no Flag Raising Ceremony on November 4, 2024. Instead, it will be moved to November 11, 2024.
