[IN PHOTOS] The Office of Student Affairs and Services, through the Guidance and Counseling Center and in collaboration with the CMU-Peer Counselors, distributed bookmarks at the CMU main gate in celebration of World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2023.
The CMU-Peer Counselors have been working diligently to create an inspiring set of bookmarks that are aimed at promoting mental health awareness, sharing resources, and encouraging individuals to prioritize their mental well-being. These bookmarks feature motivational quotes, self-care tips, and information on local mental health services.
By distributing these bookmarks, the organizers of this activity hoped to create an environment of compassion and support for those struggling with mental health issues and to reduce the stigma associated with mental health challenges.
