𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

Please inform all your respective students who have incurred Incomplete (INC) grades during the 1st Semester, SY 2023-2024 that the deadline for completion of INC grades will be on 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.

Book 3, Chapter 12, Section 10 of the CMU Code states, “An INC grade due to the inability of the student to complete the requirements for a subject, or no grade in either lecture or laboratory becomes a passing grade as soon as the student shall have completed the requirements for the subject within one year period to be reckoned from the last day of the final examination when the INC grade was incurred. In all cases the INC becomes a “5” after one year”.

All College Registrars must submit the accomplished forms to the Office of the University Registrar not later than 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰; 𝗮𝘁 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠. Accomplished forms of students submitted after the said deadline will not be accepted.
