Day 2 of the Court-Ordered Demolition

[IN PHOTOS] Day 2 of the court-ordered demolition, enforced by the Sheriff’s Office, took place on June 17, 2025.

The demolition was carried out pursuant to a Writ of Demolition issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 45, stemming from a forcible entry case filed by Central Mindanao University against the BUFFALO-TAMARAW-LIMUS Multipurpose Cooperative (BTL) and the Musuan Inhabitants Landless Farmers Association (MILFA).
