[ADDITIONAL PHOTOS] BSHM 4th-year students from the College of Human Ecology presents “A La Russe,” a refined dining experience on December 1, 2023 at the Farmer’s Training Center. This is part of their requirement for the MICE laboratory subject with the theme “Tradition Meets Elegance: An Exquisite Fine Dining,” showcasing their acquired expertise in planning, decorating, culinary arts, and entertainment, beautifully merged tradition and elegance.
