[ADVISORY] Limited Window Transactions at the OUR

Please be informed that the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will conduct its 2026 Strategic Planning on October 5–6, 2026 (Monday–Tuesday). During this period, the office will remain open; however, transactions will be limited to the receipt of documents and acceptance of submissions through the Online Document Request System (ODRMS) only.

Regular window transactions will resume on October 7, 2026 (Wednesday).

We encourage clients who need to transact personally at the window to plan their visits accordingly.
