Mark your calendars, Grade 12 students and new curriculum transferees! The Central Mindanao University College Admission Test (CMUCAT) 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 and you are encouraged to select your nearest testing center.

What are the requirements & steps?

[1] Register through https://sis.cmu.edu.ph/doorstep/

[2] Select “CMUCAT.”

[3] Click on the online application.

[4] Select the date of your examination.

[5] Proceed to online registration.

[6] Kindly double-check your entry before submission, especially your LRN. You cannot edit the information once you have already submitted the data.

[7] Kindly take a SCREENSHOT of your APPLICATION NUMBER. You need it to print your filled application form and keep it with you until the result is out for you to verify your score.

[8] Print the application form and paste your recent two (2) pieces of 1×1 ID picture (with collar and white background) in the box provided.

[9] For the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) students, you can take the exam at the campus on October 26, November 16, 2025, January 18, 25, and February 1, 8, 15, 22, 2026.

[10] Submission of the filled-out application form duly signed by the taker and school principal, guidance counselor, or class adviser, will be collected by the Admissions personnel during the examination schedule at the testing center.

[11] Bring a ballpen (black/blue ink only).
