Qualifications
1. Preferably with Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or allied courses (see CMO No. 25 s.2015 pp. 44-45 for the minimum requirements)
2. Preferably with Industry or related work experience
3. With good scholastic record
