Central Mindanao University (CMU) has once again demonstrated its commitment to quality management and continuous improvement as it successfully maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification following a two-day Surveillance Audit conducted on March 3-4, 2025, by TÜV SÜD PSB Philippines.

The Academic Paradise of the South, Central Mindanao University (CMU), strengthened its international academic ties through a ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) to enhance academic collaboration among other development initiatives on March 3, 2025, in Thailand.

In its commitment to continuous improvement, Central Mindanao University (CMU), through its Hazardous Materials Safety and Security Unit and in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology – Industrial Technology Development Institute (DOST-ITDI), hosted a three-day Laboratory Assessment and Training/Workshop on Hazardous Waste Management and Safety. The event took place at the Farmers Training Center from February 25-27, 2025.

The DOST-SEI Foreign Graduate Scholarship Programs are open to Filipino citizens who wish to pursue Master of Science (MS) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in well-reputed universities abroad which are not being offered yet in any higher education institution in the country.
