OUTSIDE MARAMAG TAKERS BUT WITHIN BUKIDNON:
1. Student Pass
2. Health Certificate
3. ID Card
4. Test permit/filled-out application form with 2 pcs 1×1 ID picture
5. Photocopy of your report card6. Black or blue pen
7. Alcohol for personal use
