Agusan National High School CMUCAT Schedule

[#CMUCAT2025] ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be advised that the venue for the Agusan National High School CMUCAT has been changed. The exam will now be held at the Philippine Science High School, Caraga Region Campus, Brgy Tiniwisan Ampayon, Butuan City.

Also, Davao City National High School, Davao City CMUCAT has been changed. The exam will now be held at the City College of Davao, KM10 Catalunan Pequeño, Davao City.

Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before your scheduled exam time.

Do not forget to bring the necessary documents:

[1] Duly filled out and signed application form (printable after online application via

doorstep.cmu.edu.ph)

Note: Signed by Student and Guidance Counselor or School Principal with 2 pcs 1×1 ID picture

[2] Ballpen (blue or black ink)

[3] School ID for identification (any valid government-issued)
