As the School Year 2024-2025 draws to a close and with the approaching final examinations for the second semester, please note the following timeline:
April 21, 2025
Start of the Test Permit Clearing Process at the College Level
April 28, 2025
Start of Posting and Test Permit Application through OSAS Google Form
May 5, 2025
Start of the Test Permit Clearing Process at the OSAS
May 23, 2025
Last Day of the Test Permit Clearing Process

Strict adherence to the above timeline is prescribed. To protect the integrity of our processes and instill discipline in meeting deadlines, students are advised of the following:
a. To secure their Test Permit before taking the Final Examinations for the Second Semester of SY 2024-2025.
b. In the event that a student fails to secure a test permit, he/she will be BLOCKED from the enrollment system for the 1st semester of SY 2025- 2026.
Further, all College Registrars should establish steps and timeline for their clearing period. This ensures that students will not experience difficulties in meeting the deadline.
