Central Mindanao University is continuously gearing towards developing a world-class academic standing through undergoing ISO 9001:2015 1st Surveillance Audit on January 20-21, 2022 via Microsoft Teams.
For the past four years, Central Mindanao University has had two Level IV accredited programs, namely BS in Biology and BS in Mathematics. In 2021, despite the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, CMU took a great leap forward with eight new Level IV accredited status—the highest in years.
Central Mindanao University’s specialized research centers— Center for Biodiversity Research and Extension in Mindanao (CEBREM), and Natural Products Research and Development Center (NPRDC), hosted a joint virtual International Conference on Biodiversity and CEBREM’s 10th Anniversary celebration with the theme “Biodiversity Conservation and the COVID-19 Pandemic: Addressing the Global Challenges” on November 16-18 via ZOOM.
