The Regional Trial Court Branch 45 issued a Writ of Demolition on February 13, 2025, in favor of Central Mindanao University (CMU), following the court’s approval of CMU’s motion for a Special Writ of Demolition on December 10, 2024.

This ruling stems from CMU’s victory in a forcible entry case against the BUFFALO-TAMARAW-LIMUS Multipurpose Cooperative (BTL) and the Musuan Inhabitants Landless Farmers Association (MILFA), with a Writ of Execution issued on July 10, 2024. The demolition order mandates the removal of structures built on approximately 155 hectares of land occupied by the two groups.
