VETMED Licensure 2016 TOP 10

Parilla ranks 10th in 2016 Vet Exam

Another alumnus has brought honor to the university this month.

This is after the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released on August 26 the results of the recently concluded Veterinarian Licensure Examination.

Carl Ace R. Parilla placed 10th, with a rating of 82.96 percent. He is one of the 33 passers out of the 42 test-takers from the College of Veterinary Medicine.

CMU-CVM also got the second highest passing rate of the 24 veterinary schools in the country. For this examination, it garnered a 78.57 percent rating compared to the national average of 42.91 percent.

Last August 19, Jecar T. Dadole of the College of Engineering placed 5th in the 2016 Agricultural Engineering Licensure Exam. Dadole, who garnered an 81.30 percent rating, was one of the 396 passers out of the 1,002 examinees nationwide.
