In 2023, the Central Mindanao University Office of Human Resource Management (CMU – OHRM) maintained its steadfast commitment to advancing CMU’s strategic mission and fostering the engagement and motivation of its workforce. CMU has 1,770 manpower, comprising 858 Plantilla personnel, 128 contract of service personnel, 30 part-time faculty members, 432 permanent, 22 casual, and 732 job order personnel.
