2. Log on to http://www.cmu.edu.ph/ptgc
3. Fill in all information completely
4. Upon completion click submit button.
5. Notification of Freshmen Orientation Schedule will be sent through your email address
6. Upon receipt of NOTIFICATION FOR FRESHMEN ORIENTATION SCHEDULE through email, PRINT the Notification.
7. On your schedule for FRESHMEN ORIENTATION written on your NOTIFICATION

Bring the following:

1 Printed copy of NOTIFICATION FOR FRESHMEN ORIENTATION SCHEDULE from your email

1 piece 2×2 ID Picture with white background

Ball pen
