Central Mindanao University Academic Paradise of the South
The Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with personnel from the Bukidnon Provincial Police Office, enforced a court-ordered demolition today, June 16, 2025, of structures occupying approximately 155 hectares of Central Mindanao University’s land.
The demolition was carried out pursuant to a Writ of Demolition issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 45, stemming from a forcible entry case filed by Central Mindanao University against the BUFFALO-TAMARAW-LIMUS Multipurpose Cooperative (BTL) and the Musuan Inhabitants Landless Farmers Association (MILFA)
