In a continued effort to elevate the quality of service across the university, the Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM), in collaboration with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office X, successfully conducted a comprehensive two-day Basic Customer Service Skills (BCSS) Training. The event took place on September 8-9, 2025, at the College of Arts and Sciences Auditorium.

The Center for Gender and Development (CGAD) at the university is spearheading a series of Gender Sensitivity Orientations (GSO) for all first-year students of AY 2025-2026. This initiative, part of the university’s broader gender mainstreaming efforts, will run from September to December.

Two Central Mindanao University (CMU) agriculture students participated in the Asian Association of Agricultural Colleges and Universities (AAACU) Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) 2025. The two-week international academic and cultural exchange program was hosted by the University of Eastern Philippines in Catarman, Northern Samar, from July 20 to August 2, 2025.

Central Mindanao University (CMU) was recognized during the ASEAN Celebration and Regional Quality Awards 2025 held on August 19, 2025, at the Chali Resort and Conference Center, Cagayan de Oro City, hosted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region X.
