[#CMUCAT2025] ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be advised that the venue for the Sumilao CMUCAT has been changed. The exam will now be held at the 𝗞𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁, located at Sayre Highway, Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon.

Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before your scheduled exam time.

[1] Duly filled out and signed application form (printable after online application via

doorstep.cmu.edu.ph).

Note: Signed by Student and Guidance Counselor or School Principal with 2 pcs 1×1 ID picture.

[2] Ballpen (blue or black ink)

[3] School ID for identification (or any valid government-issued ID)
