[LOOK] Central Mindanao University, through the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Jose S. Valmorida, welcomes the visitors from South Cotabato State College (CSCS), led by Dr. Edward Lovell B. Brillantes, SUC President, for a benchmarking activity held at the Office of the President Conference Room on February 6, 2024.
The CSCS benchmarking activity aims to find out CMU’s best practices, operational processes, and procedures of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC). Moreover, the visitors also like to learn more about CMU’s strategies for the processes of these units: Accounting, Budget, Procurement, and the Supply Office in terms of efficiency and effective delivery of goods and services.
Furthermore, Dr. Iris M. Dajao-Opiso, Director of the Financial Management Services Office, presented the Budget, Procurement, and BAC office quality system processes; Ms. Maria Jamellah Celeste M. Magalona, University Accountant also presented the accounting unit activities; and Ms. Verna D. Camaso, a representative from the Supply Office, also shared their strategies and operations in the office.
