HOW TO REGISTER for ULHSAT?
[1] Open Google Chrome and type doorstep.cmu.edu.ph
[2] Click “Register.”
[3] Select “What test do you want to take?” then click “ULHSAT.”
[4] Click “Apply Online.”
[5] Click “Proceed to the ULHSAT online application.”
[6] Select the date and time of the examination schedule (if done, click submit).
[7] Remember to screenshot the registration code.
[8] Print the application form using the code.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR TAKING ULHSAT?
[1] Duly filled-out application form signed by the applicant (letter D) and Principal and Guidance Counselor (letter C) printable after online registration
[2] 2 pcs 1×1 ID picture
[3] Ballpen (blue/black only)
[4] School ID (if available)
[5] Pay the ULHSAT Fee (Non-refundable) of PHP 200.00 at the CMU Cashier’s Office
