IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT As part of the measures to contain the spread of COVID-19, the university registrar office will no longer accept walk-in requests for inc forms starting January 22, 2021 (Friday). All requests will now be done online. Details on steps in processing INC forms will be posted soon.
