The schedule of the CMU Senior High School Qualifyingย / Placement Test for SY 2016 – 2017 will be 14 and 15 April ย 2016, Thursday and Friday at 7:30am at CMU College ofย Education Building.
Requirements:
1. Application Form w/ attached Certificationย
Download the form HEREย (Note: STRICTLY printed copy of the application form must be 8ยฝ X 13 inches)
2. Photocopy of Junior High School Report Card
3. 2 pcs 1×1 recent ID picture
4. Non-refundable testing fee of Php 200.00 (Pay at the CMU Cashier’s office).
