[CMU OP MEMO No. 02-44, s. 2023] Submission of INC Form of Probable Honor Students with Incomplete Grades

“…in preparation for the coming Recognition and Awards Day, all probable honor students with INC grades for the 2nd Semester, SY 2021-2022, and 1st Semester SY 2022-2023 must comply with their INC grades 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯. Further, the accomplished INC forms shall be submitted to the Office of the University Registrar 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯, 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗺. This is to give ample time for the evaluation of grades prior to submission to the University Scholarships and Awards Committee.”
