Central Mindanao University (CMU), through its College of Education, showcased its commitment to global academic engagement by participating in the 8th International Conference on the Future of Education 2025, held on July 17–18 at the 4-Star By Trans Hotel in Bali, Indonesia.
With the theme “Ensuring Quality Education through Modern Technologies,” the prestigious conference, organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM), served as a platform for scholars, researchers, and educators across the globe to share innovative research and forward-thinking strategies in education.
Moreover, three faculty members from the CMU College of Education participated in the international gathering, reinforcing the university’s growing presence in global academic discourse. Dr. Lalaine G. Sariana presented her research before a panel of international experts, while Dr. Arman P. Nuezca, officially designated as CMU’s TIIKM Coordinator, served as a member of the panel evaluation committee. Dr. Procopio B. Galendez Jr. also contributed to the conference by presenting his research virtually.
Meanwhile, two faculty members from the College of Engineering—Dr. Roger J. Tan and Prof. Tristan A. Magallones also participated virtually as paper presenters.
The College of Education acknowledged the invaluable support of the CMU administration, led by University President Dr. Rolito G. Eballe, in sustaining internationalization initiatives. The partnership with TIIKM, which began in 2023, continues to open doors for global collaboration, knowledge exchange, and academic excellence. (Information from Dr. Arman P.
