CMU inks MOA to enhance SCSC’s LUDIP

Central Mindanao University (CMU) signed a Memorandum of Agreement with South Cotabato State College (SCSC) to support the latter’s Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) on October 22 at CMU OP Conference Room.

Present at the signing were CMU President Dr. Rolito G. Eblle and SCSC President Dr. Edward Lovell B. Brillantes, CMU-OIC VP for Research and Development, Dr. Teresita H. Borres, along with the CMU LUDIP Team led by Research Director Dr. Jupiter V. Casas, EnP, and other key members including Dr. Angela Grace I. Toledo-Bruno, For. Bryan Allan M. Talisay, EnP Eric N. Bruno, Engr. Kearth Curan, Dr. Michael Arieh P. Medina, EnP, Engr. Richard J. Aquino, EnP, and Ms. Dharling Vain L. Bernas, alongside SCSC dignitaries.

This MOA establishes a crucial partnership aimed at enhancing the existing SCSC LUDIP in accordance with Republic Act No. 11396, which requires all State Universities and Colleges to create comprehensive LUDIPs.

CMU, recognized for its expertise in land use planning, will provide technical assistance and capacity building to ensure a thorough approach to land use and infrastructure planning. [Cristy Eve P. Pace]
