CMU-CA produces 3 topnotchers in June 2015 ALE

Central Mindanao University (CMU) once again produced three topnotchers in the recently concluded June 2015 Agriculturists Licensure Examination (ALE).

Ranked 5th is Mr. James L. Fajardo (BSA-Agronomy) with 85.17%, ranked 9th is Ms. Jimae Faith B. Magnaye (BSA-Crop Science: Horticulture) with 84.33% and ranked 10th is Ms. Ma. Michelle M. Medura (BSA-Soil Science) with 84.17 %. All of them are fresh graduates of the university.

CMU got a total passing rate of 44.70% (177 passed out of the 306 takers). The examinees answered the following categories: Crop Science, Soil Science, Crop Protection, Animal Science, Agricultural Economics & Marketing, and Agricultural Extension & Communication.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 1,888 out of 6,080 passed the Agriculturists Licensure Examination given by the Board of Agriculture in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga in June 2015.

CMU is a Center of Excellence in Agriculture, Forestry, and Veterinary Medicine Education. In 2012 and 2013, CMU garnered the first place with Dr. Carolina D. Amper and Prof. Raul Margate, respectively.
