Central Mindanao University (CMU) supports SDG 13: Climate Action by promoting awareness, research, and practices that address climate change. The university integrates climate-resilient farming, environmental conservation, and disaster preparedness into its programs. Through its Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO), CMU implements initiatives such as community disaster training, early warning systems, and emergency response planning. These efforts help reduce carbon footprint, protect ecosystems, and strengthen the resilience of both the campus and surrounding communities against climate-related impacts.
