As part of the Memorandum of Agreement, Dr. Fulcher will be holding lectures as a visiting professor at the university, focusing on the areas under cognitive psychology in the CMU Department of Behavioral Sciences.
Dr. Fletcher is the Director of Research and Development at Split Second Research LTD, United Kingdom. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Neural Systems Engineering Laboratory, Imperial College, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middlesex University.
