Bukidnon Provincial Police Office Sheriff’s Office successfully issued and served the Notice to Vacate and Writ of Demolition to the members of BUFFALO-TAMARAW-LIMUS Multipurpose Cooperative (BTL) and Musuan Inhabitants’ Landless Farmers Association (MILFA)

[𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒] The Sheriff’s Office, with personnel from the Bukidnon Provincial Police Office, has successfully issued and served the Notice to Vacate and Writ of Demolition to the members of BUFFALO-TAMARAW-LIMUS Multipurpose Cooperative (BTL) and Musuan Inhabitants’ Landless Farmers Association (MILFA) today, March 11, 2025.

The notice to vacate was served to notify the settlers that they are “…enjoined to vacate peacefully the premises voluntarily within five (5) days from receipt hereof…” under the WRIT OF DEMOLITION.

This is in connection with the forcible entry case filed by Central Mindanao University against the two groups.
