We’re pleased to announce that the ๐ข๐ป๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ is ๐ก๐ผ๐ ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป via DOORSTEP (https://sis.cmu.edu.ph/doorstep/) for your medical examination and enrollment scheduling. Please follow these steps to create your appointment:
[1] Visit and log in to your DOORSTEP account using the provided link – https://sis.cmu.edu.ph/doorstep/.
[2] Click on the “Appointment Schedule” section, located at the bottom of your DOORSTEP account.
[3] Select your desired month (June or July) for the appointment.
[4] Choose a specific date within the selected month (availability may vary).
[5] Carefully double-check your appointment date and click “SUBMIT” to confirm. Important: You can only confirm your appointment schedule once, so please make your selection thoughtfully.
[6] A confirmation message will appear upon successful submission.
[7] Download and print your Appointment Slip. This slip contains your priority number for the medical examination and enrollment process, so keep it safe.
โข Present your printed Appointment Slip at the University Hospital on your scheduled appointment date.
โข Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for efficient processing of your Medical Certificate.
โข Remember to prepare and bring all required documents to both the University Hospital and the Onsite Enrollment on your appointment date and time. Refer to your Notice of CMUCAT Result for a complete list of necessary documents.
