The first GSAT Schedule for A.Y. 2021-2022 will be on June 4, 2021, other examination dates will be available via doorstep.cmu.edu.ph upon registration.
Requirements:
1. Printed-out application form after registration
2. TOR for evaluation purposes (photocopy)
3. 1 pc 2×2 ID picture
4. Non-refundable 400.00 pesos testing fee paid online via Link.BizPortal/CMU Cashier’s Office
5. Ballpen (blue/black ink)
6. Facemask, Face shield, and Alcohol
7. Negative RT-PCR (if from areas with high prevalence COVID-19 cases as stipulated in the CMU memorandum no. 05-235, s. 2021)
