HOW TO REGISTER for ULHSAT?

1. Open Google Chrome and type doorstep.cmu.edu.ph

2. Click “Register.”

3. Select “What test do you want to take?” then click “ULHSAT.”

4. Click “Apply Online.”

5. Click “Proceed to the ULHSAT online application.”

6. Select the date and time of the examination schedule (if done, click submit).

7. Remember to screenshot the registration code.

8. Print the application form using the code.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR TAKING ULHSAT?

1. Duly filled-out application form signed by the applicant (letter D) and Principal and Guidance Counselor (letter C) printable after online registration.

2. 2 pcs 1×1 ID picture.

3. Ballpen (blue/black only).

4. School ID (if available).

5. Pay the ULHSAT Fee (Non-refundable) of PHP 200.00 paid at the CMU Cashier’s Office
