Plant Biology Division were selected to share relevant research during the ASEAN Conference on Medicinal Forest Trees in Quest Plus Conference Hotel, Clark, Pampanga

[#CMUpride] Two faculty members from the Institute of Biological Sciences: Dr. Mark Lloyd G. Dapar (Chairperson) and Prof. Noel E. Lagunday (Instructor), both under the Plant Biology Division were selected to share relevant research during the ASEAN Conference on Medicinal Forest Trees in Quest Plus Conference Hotel, Clark, Pampanga.
A total of 24 studies related to medicinal forest trees and non-timber species were featured in the four thematic breakout sessions. The conference, organized by the Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau-DENR, is conducted from September 4-7, 2023, to provide a platform for international ASEAN discussions where scientists, physicians, researchers, academia, and policymakers can exchange information, share experiences, present research findings, and provide updates.
