Orientation and Enrolment Process

Announcement for the incoming first year students, transferees and returnees: the enrolment for the first semester will be on May 11-22, 2015. All credentials must be submitted, you will NOT be admitted to CMU if you lack any of the credentials.

FRESHMEN:

• 2×2 colored ID picture (4pcs)
• CMUCAT Result
• Form 138
• Freshmen Orientation Certificate
• Original Copy of Birth Certificate from NSO
• Certificate of Good Moral character
• Recent Chest X-ray Result
• Photocopy of Parent’s ITR (if you are to avail of socialized tuition fee)

Transferees:

• 2×2 colored ID picture
• Honorable dismissal
• Police Clearance
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Original Copy of Birth Certificate from NSO
• Transcript of Records for Evaluation
• CMUCAT Result

Returnees:

• Original copy of Birth Certificate from NSO
• Request for Returnee Slip
• Evaluation from Registrar’s Office

NOTE:   

CMU Office Hours Monday-Friday 07:00-11:00 a.m., 01:00-05:00 p.m. 

• Returnees must visit the Registrar’s Office, WINDOW 1 for Evaluation prior to the enrolment schedule.
• For FRESHMEN: Please read the notice of result given to you.
• The schedule of orientation program is on first come first serve basis. Pre-registration for the orientation program can be done online or onsite starting March 9. Freshmen Orientation (FO) will be on May 11-15 and 18-22, 2015. The last schedule for FO of REGULAR CMUCAT takers will be on May 18, 2015 and April CMUCAT Qualifiers will have their FO on May 28, 2015.
