The CMU Physics Department invites the public to the Physics Meetup’s Nobel Lecture with Nobel Laureate in Physics Prof. Donna Strickland of the University of Waterloo, Canada. An initiative and extension project of the CMU Physics Department, Physics Meetup partners with the International Centre for Theoretical Physics- Physics Without Frontiers (Italy) and several science organizations in the Philippines in creating spaces for Filipino learners to encounter global physics icons.

The Nobel Lecture will be on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳, 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 – 𝟵:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠 (𝗣𝗵𝗦𝗧). Registration is free, and an e-Certificate will also be given after the session.
