Flexiplace Work from Home Arrangement

[MEMORANDUM] Consistent with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 06, s. 2022, the University will adopt the Flexiplace (Work from Home) arrangement on March 27, 2024 (Wednesday). This is to provide time for our personnel to prepare for the observance of Maundy Thursday (March 28) and Good Friday (March 29). However, personnel who will opt to physically report to work on March 27, 2024 may do so and existing policy on attendance log of personnel shall be observed.
For monitoring purposes, personnel who will opt for work-from-home scheme on March 27, 2024 shall submit an accomplishment report that will be attached on the Daily Time Records (DTR) using CMU-F-4-HRM-026 form.
Offices/units in the University whose functions involve delivery of basic and health services, security, preparedness/response to disaster and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall physically report to their respective office/units and continue with their operations and render the necessary services.
