Day 5 of the Court-Ordered Demolition

[IN PHOTOS] Day 5 of the court-ordered demolition, enforced by the Sheriff’s Office, took place on June 20, 2025. The operations included clearing the debris and fencing of the affected areas.

This demolition was carried out pursuant to a Writ of Demolition issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 45, stemming from a forcible entry case filed by Central Mindanao University against the BUFFALO-TAMARAW-LIMUS Multipurpose Cooperative (BTL) and the Musuan Inhabitants Landless Farmers Association (MILFA).
