[PUBLIC ADVISORY] Scheduled Power Interruption in Central Mindanao University

Location: Entire Central Mindanao University Compound
Reason: FIBECO will be conducting essential maintenance and repair work on its electrical distribution lines, including:

[1] Re-routing of backbone lines: This is required due to the construction of the overpass structure in front of the CMU Main Gate, which affects two FIBECO poles.

[2] Massive vegetation line clearing: FIBECO crews will be clearing vegetation around the university campus to ensure that electrical lines are free from obstruction.

[3] Replacement of rotten wood poles: Damaged poles will be replaced to maintain the integrity of the electrical network.
