Eid al-Adha:The Feast of Sacrifice

Central Mindanao University joins our Muslim brothers and sisters in celebrating Eid al-Adha, or the Feast of Sacrifice—a significant festival that marks the end of the Hajj pilgrimage and commemorates Prophet Abraham’s devotion and obedience to Allah. According to Islamic belief, God spared his son Ishmael and provided a ram for sacrifice instead.
