Qualifications:

1. A graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education
2. Preferably with a Master’s Degree in Administration & Supervision or PhD in Educational Administration
3. A Licensed Professional Teacher
4. With an excellent academic record
5. Knowledgeable in current educational theories, practices, and research in the field of education
