[#CMUCAT2023] There will be a special Central Mindanao University College Admission Test (CMUCAT) on June 30, 2023.

1. Duly filled out and signed application form (Printable after online application at https://devops.cmu.edu.ph/doorstep/ )
2. Photocopy of Report Card
3. Two (2) pcs 1×1 ID picture
4. Ballpen (blue/black ink)

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Takers from January-April 2023 with “NOT QUALIFIED” and “INVALID” status are not allowed to take this examination.
