“In view of the scheduled CMU Web Services maintenance conducted by the Office of the Digital Transformation on April 17-20, 2025, the deadline for the Online Faculty evaluation for 2nd Semester SY 2024-2025 is extended until April 25, 2025. All faculty members, regardless of employment status, shall evaluate all the faculty members in their respective departments.
Moreover, all College Deans, Institute Director, Department Chairs, and University Laboratory High School Principal are requested to conduct class observations. The College Registrars are requested to diligently remind all students to evaluate their respective faculty members during the evaluation period.
Inconsistencies in the tagging of faculty to be evaluated must be reported to the College Registrar. Students that will encounter difficulty in the evaluation system shall report to their respective faculty advisers or to the College Registrar for assistance. The evaluation of faculty is a requirement for the release of clearance.
