All CONTINUING IRREGULAR STUDENTS with the following starting ID Numbers are blocked in the system and will not be able to proceed with the enrollment:

2017, and below – For students with a 4-year degree program
2016, and below – For students with a 5-year degree program
2015, and below – For students with a 6-year degree program
