• Non-refundable 400.00 pesos testing fee must be paid online using this link: https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/Merchants.jsp or over the counter at CMU Cashier’s Office
• Submit the (a)Proof of payment, (b) scanned copy of TOR with Remarks “For Evaluation Purposes,” and (c) filled out application form through this link: https://forms.gle/nm3GTVrwLmXDZ5u86
• Please always check your inbox and/or spam mail to see the instructions from OASP on how to access the online CMUCAT examination
